The overall objective of the project is to enable the Kingdom of Morocco to pursue the modernization of the Moroccan Higher Education system begun since the 2000s, by making a significant contribution in the field of professionalization of the training offer and the Recognition of diplomas in order to ensure better employability of graduates and a rapprochement of the European Higher Education Area.
The specific objective of the project is to enable the managers and staff of the Ministry to acquire the techniques, methods and tools for implementing and piloting higher education reform in line with the strategic vision of 2015- 2030 and to disseminate them to the entire Moroccan higher education sector.
