Overall objective
Support the Ministry of Interior, Local Authorities, and Territory Planning (MICLAT) in its institutional, organisational and operational reforms and increase the attractiveness and the resources of the territories in order to ensure a sustainable local development.
Specific objectives
The specific objective of the Twinning is the following: – To accompany the modernisation of the organisation of the MICLAT, to strengthen its capacities, to increase the attractiveness of the Local Authorities, and to optimise their resources.
