Providing technical assistance to support the EU Delegation and Tunisian authorities, in particular the health ministry, to implement the programme d’appui au secteur de la santé en Tunisie. The programme, locally entitled “Essaha Aziza”, meaning “precious health”, aims at improving the access and quality of primary health care services as well as the governance and management of health services at the regional and local level. The technical assistance team is expected to be highly involved in the implementation of activities in the targeted regions that is in 13 governorates which are split into 4 geographic clusters: north-west cluster, western-centre cluster, south cluster and Greater Tunis cluster.
