Yemen Technical Assistance for the Justice Sector Reform Support Programme, Tunisia
The purpose of this service contract is to implement a technical assistance team to support the contracting authority, represented by the Management Unit of the Justice Sector Reform Support Programme (UGPARJ), in order to contribute to the implementation of the Tunisian justice sector reform strategy, as well as to the achievement of the objectives set out in the Justice Sector Reform Support Programme III (PARJ3). This general objective is broken down into 3 specific objectives, as follows:
1) strengthen the jurisdictional power (judicial, financial and administrative justice) in order to guarantee its independence and impartiality;
2) support the process of judicial and penitentiary reform by strengthening the capacities and competences of beneficiaries, in order to improve the quality of justice;
3) further strengthen access to law and justice (with particular focus on the rights of women and children).
