This technical assistant contract aims to facilitate the implementation of the Economic Governance Support Programme and in particular its media support component “MEDIA UP 2”.
The main objectives are:
1) Strengthen the media and communication sector;
2) Guarantee the dissemination of independent and plural information;
3) Participate in the professionalisation of public, private or associative institutions and media;
4) Support the authorities in their regulatory and information role.
