Expertise France is inviting all eligible Microfinance Institutions to submit their bids for the provision of Technical Assistance Services to establish the first Microfinance institution in Libya: Namaa Tamweel.
The bidding MFIs are expected to have sound experience in the Microfinance sector and Islamic Microfinance in particular. Work Experience in the MENA region is an added advantage.
