The Tfanen – Tunisie Créative project is recruiting facilitators for skills-building laboratories in the Tunisian cultural sector.
The facilitators will mainly have the role of team and group leaders: they will have to be able to manage (by knowing the Tfanen context and sometimes by intervening themselves as group leaders) teams of stakeholders , in coordination with the Tfanen team. They will have to work in close collaboration with the Tfanen team and in particular the “learning and sharing” manager and the logistics teams, as well as with the other facilitators.
