As part of the EU-funded “ Making a Success of Advanced Status” Programme, a twinning project entitled “Institutional Strengthening of the Ministry of Culture and Communication and its Communication and Audiovisual Partners” was signed. for a period of two years and with the objective of contributing to institutional strengthening in the Moroccan communication sector. In this context, an assistant is recruited to support the resident twinning adviser (RTA) in his/her mission to ensure the piloting, execution and monitoring of twinning activities as well as the communication of the project.
